Product Description
Il nostro salame è fatto di carne di suino inclusa la carne di coscia, macinata con il lardo e cubetti di pancetta fresca, che viene poi speziata con sale, pepe e vino rosso aromatizzato con aglio. L’impasto viene poi insaccato rigorosamente in budello. Una volta stagionato ha un peso variabile che va dai 500 agli 800 g. Il tempo di stagionatura minimo è di circa 60 giorni. Il tutto viene prodotto senza conservanti ed esclusivamente con carni dei suini del nostro allevamento.
