Il musetto è un prodotto tradizionale della nostra regione, tradizionalmente consumato con la brovada – che è un altro prodotto tipico friulano. Si prepara con la carne suina, nervetti derivanti dalla mondatura delle carni, cotenna del muso e in parte con la cotenna ventrale notoriamente più tenera. Il tutto viene macinato e aromatizzato con sale, pepe e aromi naturali, insaccato poi in budello naturale.
