I cevapcici sono un piatto di carne trita speziata, tipica della cucina balcanica, ma ampiamente diffuso in Friuli ed in Austria. Li prepariamo mescolando le carni di maiale, manzo e pollo, con cipolla, aglio, paprika dolce, peperoncino ed altri aromi naturali. Suggeriamo la tradizionale cottura sulla griglia ma anche in padella. Favolosi se accompagnati alla salsa ajvar preparata con peperoni, melanzane, aglio e peperoncino.
